| Patterned after the Jordan Bridge, which spanned Thomas Creek, east of Scio; it was moved to Pioneer Park in 1988, but burned in 1994. Stayton-Jordan Bridge, newly rebuilt, is used for picnic and weddings. |
DIRECTIONS:From I-5 Take
exit 253 East on Hwy 22 (Stayton/Detroit) Approx. 15 miles Take second exit
(Stayton-Sublimity) No # on exit. Turn (right from Salem)south to Stayton Go
through town to N. Marion Turn East (left) and drive to the end of street at
7th Ave. |
